6 cans wild caught salmon (costco) 4 eggs 4 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp coconut flour Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl Place in freezer for a few minutes to set Form into patties Coat with coconut flour and fry in coconut oil
Makes about 10 burger sized patties that are about 27g protein each.
