First, I wanted to say Thank you for the previous replies. I'm glad we all have somewhere to go for questions. I have been eating hard boiled egg whites post workout with veggies. But I'd like to have some alternatives. What else is there that is a source of protein and no fat for post workout meals?

Good low fat protein options are Chicken breast, turkey meat, canned white meat chicken, albacore tuna, etc..
