7 days in the books! How are you guys feeling? Seeing any improvements? Past the carb cravings? Today I had the pleasure of hanging out with some of my gym family and I can not tell you how proud I was to see packed meals, self control, and the right choices being made with the food we had at the party. Unless you were talking about me. I myself was victim to a cheat meal and am not beating myself up over it. Its just back to business as usual at the next meal time. If you fell off the wagon too this weekend, don't trip you weren't alone. And rather than beat yourself up over it just move on. You see there is no such thing as failing in my world. Diets never seem to work because of some self imposed barriers that once broken are chalked up as failures. If you ate 4 to 5 great meals everyday this week that's upwards of 35 meals, in hind site that one or two slip ups you had was nothing. Dont allow yourself to have a negative mindset, instead focus on the 33 clean meals you had and realize that you are moving in the right direction. Remember that we did not gain all that extra weight in a week, so chances are it might take a little time to burn it off. Stay the course and remember I got your back!!! Keep those meal pictures coming guys, it makes me smile every time I see one
