As I scroll down this page I could not be more proud, at a little over 2 weeks in you guys are meal planning, prepping, and eating like pro's. The benefits of building this foundation will carry you farther then any diet ever will. This is baseline eating at its finest and it was my ultimate goal to help you all make this part of your life. I want to thank all of you as well as CrossFit RepScheme, #progenex, #setwearfitness, #Atlaspowerwraps and Kathleen Nogoy for making this all happen. The best is yet to come and the finish line is in sight so it brings forward a few major questions. Are you seeing result? Are you feeling better? Is it becoming easier to make the right choices when out with friends? Is this starting to feel like something you will continue after the 30 days? What is your ultimate goal?
I ask these questions because I am hoping that this is working for you but if you are not yet seeing progress maybe this is the time to make some changes. I hope that I have ingrained the nutrient timing strategy in your DNA by now and that we all hopefully know "carbs replace fats in a meal, never accompany them and only after we earn them with exercise." But sometimes we have secondary issues we need to overcome! Are we in compliance 90% of the time? Are we actively avoiding additional sugars in our diet? Are our portion sizes correct? Are we allowing our self's to feel hungry at times? Are the people around us supportive of our goals? And are we exercising as much as we should be?
All of you are now well dialed into a baseline diet, and as I said before I could not be more proud of you. Where you take it from here is up to you, Just know that for the next 14 days I am here to answer questions you might have as to how you can get there.
